Bainbridge Shoreline Homeowners is an organization dedicated to protecting the near-shore aquatic environment through stewardship and education. Its mission is to balance the rights of homeowners and other users of the shorelines with the need for protection of our natural resources and nearshore environment.

As for this website, our editorial policy is simple. We welcome news and opinion pieces from all sources. If we feel they are relevant to shoreline homeowners, we will publish them verbatim. No editing, no commentary. Bainbridge shoreline homeowners have varied backgrounds and diverse opinions. We trust them to make good decisions about land use, property rights and protecting the environment.
