Proposed Marine Critical Areas Ordinance

The Bainbridge Island City Council is considering a “Marine Critical Areas” ordinance that will directly impact every shoreline property owner on the island. The Council will hold a public hearing on the proposed ordinance on Wednesday, July 30, 2008. Please plan to be there and make a comment or support those who do. If you can’t attend, please send an email to the Council with your thoughts on this matter.
